For cases of constipation, our favourite tip is:
1.) Clear Magnesium Calm increase dose slowly at bed one cap at a time to reach bowel tolerance (maximum 6 pills)
2.) Effer-C take 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp. This is a powdered vitamin C with 1 mixed in a small amount of water at bedtime (I suggest a small amount because it doesn't taste great), followed by more water if you wish.
